Is a Bedtime snack bad for you?
Many of us find ourselves enjoying a bed time snack most evenings. However, some may question whether or not this good for long term health. The health of it comes down to many things, but of course the type of bedtime snack you’re actually eating tops the list. Some like to start digging into that tub of ice cream, or even a quick handful of crackers. Choosing unhealthy foods day after day will often times lead to a habit thats rough to break. Eating these food items right before hopping into bed isn’t the most beneficial way to relax and get a good nights sleep either.
Many nutrition experts recommend not eating at all before bed, but that may not always be the best for every “Body” since we are different. Intermittent fasting is promoted heavily by many nutrition experts, but the research continues on that as well.
